We will aim to deliver your order within 7 days. Please note that weekend days and public holidays are not considered working days. Cost of shipping will be determined at checkout.
Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your products within the period mentioned below:
- Within 30 days: you will get a full refund of the amount.
- Within 45 days: it will be possible to return the items, you will enjoy the possibility to make merchandise exchange or receive a credit applicable in store.
Please note the item returned needs to meet the following requirements:
- The products are both un-used and unwashed.
- The products are in essentially the same state and quantity in which you received them.
- The original hang tag is still attached to the garment or product
- You include a copy of the original sale receipt
- You pay the postage back to us.
- Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Parcel Post or Prepaid Courier. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post or the Courier.
- Please mark clearly on the package ‘CANADIAN OWNED GOODS’ and that it is a RETURN ITEM otherwise they will charge duties/taxes back into Canada.
- Products which do not meet all of the above requirements can not be accepted for return.
- A one-time price adjustment may be given within 14 days of original purchase with receipt. The exact item must be in-stock at the store at the time of the price adjustment
After we receive and process the product you will get refunded. We will process a refund within 3 days after receiving your parcel and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it. After you have received the e-mail please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you're with. We have no control over it. The refunds will be issued based on the form of payment you used when ordering.
